Q: Is your company licensed?
A: Yes, we are a fully licensed company and are required to abide by the regulations set by the TURSAB licensing authority.
Q: Are your prices per vehicle or per person?
A: Our prices are per vehicle.The price you see is the price you pay.
Q: Will you meet us at any time of day?
A: Yes we are able to provide a 24hour service. We will meet you at any time of day there will be no extra charge for unsocial hours.
Q : What if my flight is delayed? Will I be charged extra?
A : We monitor flight arrivals before any drivers are dispatched, as a result we do NOT charge you any extra if your flight is delayed.
Q :How early do I need to book my vehicle?
A :The earlier the better. However, 8 hours would be recommended. If you are making a last minute booking it is best to phone.
Q :Can I make a booking on the phone?
A : Yes you can make a booking on the phone our office telephone number is +90 212 517 11 30. This is often the best method if you are making a last minute booking.
Q: I have completed a booking form will you confirm the booking?
A : Yes we will confirm your booking within 8 hours of receipt. If you do not receive this confirmation please contact us.
Q : Do I need to pay in advance?
A : No you do not need to pay in advance. You may pay by cash on arrival.
Q : Can I smoke in the car?
A : Smoking in licensed private hire vehicle is against the law, there are heavy penaltys if anyone including theis found smoking in one of our vehicles.
Q : How do I meet the driver?
A : Your driver will arrive at the arrivals lounge of the airport terminal and will be waiting for you at the exit of the customs hall holding a board with your name.
Q: What will we do if we can not find our driver?
A: The airport can be VERY crowded at times, therefore if you cannot see your driver please call, on 0090 533 428 72 29.
Once you have met with our friendly driver you will be escorted directly to your vehicle and fully assisted with your luggage
